Today Insepa, the family foundation that owns Espersen, announced that Danish Kirk Kapital buys 40% of Beck Pack Systems A/S and Cartolit A/S. With Kirk Kapital as co-owner of Beck Pack, Insepa gets a financially strong partner, who will contribute to the development of the company in the years to come. Insepa keeps 60% of the ownership and remains the driving force of the company – now together with Kirk Kapital.
“I am happy to have Kirk Kapital on board for the continuous development of our companies. The partnership with Kirk enables us to take lead in the consolidation that takes place in the seafood industry. It allows us to continue our growth journey, investing in new technology, plants and companies that open new opportunities for our customers long-term”, says Klaus B.
